Position Summary

If so, this role will enable you to leverage your skills to support diverse approaches to social change.
This full-time, exempt position reports to the Program Officer, Fiscal Sponsorship. This position is fully remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates in Eastern Standard Time to accommodate frequent calls with international partners in Africa and Europe.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Business Development (65%)
- Support strategic priorities for business development based on organizational and departmental goals, and objectives.
- Support creation of briefs, profiles, and other materials for meetings and events; develop strong knowledge of project management and recordkeeping tools in support of this effort.
- Coordinate implementation of partner engagement strategies including scheduling and drafting and managing correspondence as needed.
- Develop knowledge about best practices to support relationship management and business development with prospective fiscally sponsored partners.
- Support initiatives to improve internal operations and systems for business development.
- Proactively identify ways to expand referral network through landscape analyses.
- Coordinate with External Affairs team to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Represent the organization on external business development calls.
Program Coordination (25%)
- Provide project management across a matrixed environment to support the fiscal sponsorship team.
- Identify and implement process improvement and knowledge management strategies for smooth operations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support formal and informal partner communication through drafting and editing a variety of materials.
- Collaborate across the organization and participate in cross functional engagement as needed.
- Supports planning for events, key meetings, convenings, and presentations, which may include developing agendas, managing participant communication, handling logistics, and preparing and disseminating materials.
- Collaborate with External Affairs Team to monitor and uplift sponsored project updates through Panorama’s media channels, including a digital newsletter.
Internal Organizational Support (10%)
- As needed, provide timely inputs for co-design and development of initiatives, proposals, briefings/debriefs, reports, and knowledge sharing efforts.
- Provide required timely and accurate recording of data and other information.
- Capture key learnings and outputs from the Fiscal Sponsorship team for organization-wide updates.
- Participate in Learning & Development opportunities, including First Friday Learning sessions and other training sessions.
- Actively contributes to the enhancement of Panorama’s culture by participating in organizational and team activities.
Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong writing and verbal skills for communicating and collaborating with broad and diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of information and feedback and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to identify relationships and linkages between components, culture, and stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, often with ambiguity, and balancing competing priorities while ensuring high quality deliverables.
- Proactive with ability to accomplish a high volume of work efficiently and with initiative
- Team-oriented and skilled in partnership, transparent communication, and cultural awareness.
- Interest in continuous learning both in personal and professional growth with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management system such as Salesforce
- Fluency in written and spoken English required; additional language proficiencies enhance global stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and willingness to learn other software platforms such as Asana and SalesForce.
- Experience working in fiscal sponsorship, sales, or non-profit operations preferred
- Experience applying an equity lens in relationship building and/or nonprofit operations.

Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary for this role is between $58,000 and $66,500, which represents the minimum to the mid-point of the salary band for this position. When determining an initial offer, we carefully consider these factors: candidate skill and experience; room for growth within the band; and internal equity across the team.
