Staff Accountant 

Position Summary 

We are seeking a staff accountant to support the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of Panorama Global’s financial operations. 

This is a full-time, permanent position. The staff accountant will provide support across general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial operations, ensuring strong attention to detail and adherence to internal controls. This role works closely with the accounting manager and collaborates across the Finance team to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient financial processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing recurring responsibilities while quickly learning new systems and processes. 

This position is non-exempt and reports to the accounting manager. It is 4 days a week on-site for Seattle-based employees and remote for U.S.-based employees outside Seattle.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist with preparing and recording invoices and incoming payments  
  • Track receivables and support follow-up on outstanding balances  
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all receivable transactions  
  • Support accounts payable processes in alignment with policies and approval workflows  
  • Assist with payment processing (ACH, wires, checks)  
  • Maintain vendor records, including onboarding and updates  
  • Respond to inquiries related to payments, invoice status, and vendor setup  
  • Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in invoices, coding, and approvals  
  • Assist with account reconciliations and transaction reviews  
  • Support month-end close, including schedules and documentation  
  • Maintain organized financial records across systems  
  • Track financial activity across projects, departments, and cost centers  
  • Work within systems such as Sage Intacct, Certify, Salesforce, and banking platforms 
  • Support audit preparation, documentation, and compliance efforts  
  • Provide backup coverage for key accounting processes  
  • Support ad hoc projects and operational improvements  

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred  
  • 2–4 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations experience  
  • Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct or similar preferred)  
  • Experience supporting month-end close and reconciliations  
  • Experience in nonprofit or project-based accounting environments is a plus  
  • Experience working across multiple entities is a plus  

Compensation & Benefits 

Salary range: $28.85 – $33.65 per hour.
